Does anyone know a recipe for Chicken potpie casserole that uses Italian bread crumbs and store-bought dough?

I only know that the recipe uses Italian flavored breadcrumbs and is baked in a casserole dish with strips of store-bought dough in a lattice on the top. It also contains chicken, carrots, peas and some egg noodles, but not sure what else?

1. Ingredients: 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup mayonnaise 3 tbsp. minced onion Bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes 2 to 2 1/2 cut up chicken Directions: 1. Mix first three ingredients and dip chicken. Coat with crumbs or flakes. 2. Bake on greased pan or roll lined pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
