1. 98 to 102 degrees---with 100 degrees being the ideal stable temp. Remember humidity 40% to 50% must be added to the incubator or the eggs will dehydrate before they can hatch. Use a digital hygrometer like radio shack which runs on batteries for the hygrometer. 21 days for a chicken to hatch.
