How to treat Mareks disease in poultry.?

I have 12 week old pullets that are comming down with Mareks. Is it too late to vacinate?

1. what is mareks? I joined this group to find out what is wrong with my chickens. they have large strawberry patchs on there tummys and rumps. I dusted them with northern mite powder but it isnt working. Just learning have had chickens for since april of last year is all. I looked on them but dont see bugs. got any ideas. sorry i cant answer your quierstion but want to know what mareks is. thanks
