Anyone have any healthy recipes for chicken?
Besides baking chicken and chicken salad, I don't know of any healthy chicken recipes. It's important that it's healthy and not spicy. I'm a total wimp when it comes to spicy food. Other than that I'm open for any recipes. Thanks for your time.

- All chicken can be healthy. Dark meat tends to be leaner, believe it or not. Both are great. Remove the skin--it's full of fat. Baked, broiled, grilled--all good. Even a boneless breast sauteed in a little olive oil with garlic and finished with (or without) a splash of wine wine can be fantastic and simple.
- I saute cut up chicken breast in a little oil, then add a little white wine, mustard and fresh lemon juices salt pepper and some garlic powder). Thicken it with a little flour, it is so so good. You can eat it with anything, pasta rice or I eat it with some bread, yummy yummy. It's really easy and healthy!
- here's a marinade that i love to use to bake chicken breasts: per chicken breast, you need: juice from 1/2 lemon 1/2 tbsp of oil 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 1/2 tsp of lemon pepper put in bag, put in chicken and shake until chicken is covered. let marinate for @ least 1/2 hour. bake @ 350 for about 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked. i eat this over white rice with a veg on the side, yummy!
