Healthy recipes for Boneless Chicken Breast?
Hi Im currently on a pretty strict eating plan I have a fight in 3 weeks, all I eat is oatmeal for breakfast and chicken breast and brown rice or tuna and yogurt every 3 hours and oatmeal before training. So if anyone can give me some ideas on some recipes for chicken breast I always grill them so any good healthy ways to marinate them or whatever. I would really appreciate any ideas thank you for your time.

- I don't know how healthy it is but it is really yummy. Cut up chicken breasts, 3 cups white rice, 2 cans of campbells cream of chicken soup, and a 1/2 can of milk. Mix it all together in a 8x8 glass pan, cook for an hour at 350 degrees:)
- try going to some shops and look for chicken kievs they are really nice and are succulent in the middle as there is so many flavours to choose from hope i have halped!!
- I would say if you have a taste for spicy, I would start with putting the breast in a heavy zip lock bag, pound it to flatten slightly, add any citrus will tenderize, but I like to squeeze one lime ,two cloves garlic minced or smashed, one fist full chopped cilantro, and one seeded and chopped jalapeno pepper if you have courage, One tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, marinate in bag half an hour , remove and grill!! the citrus and jalapeno have vitamin C, the cilantro has iron and c, garlic is good for your immune system and your blood pressure, and the heat from the jalapeno releases natural endorphins!!! Are you using a george forman to grill? if not get one, 20 bucks well spent, especially for something like this! also a good brand of Italian dressing makes an easy marinade, adding spices to cooking water on the rice might be good also?I would suggest curry,or maybe cumin and oregano, but of course not at the same time! The marinades sometimes contain oil but I have found that they mostly drain off and stay in the bag so the calorie count will be minimal God Bless and good fight!
- Try using this dry rub on your chicken before you grill. It's fantastic. http://bit.ly/7JJhog
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, then grill. When almost done but not quite- brush honey sauce onto chicken and grill a few minutes more. When done, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Honey sauce: Combine 1/4 cup honey (or less), 1/8 cup soy sauce, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp oil, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder in a bowl.
- Congratulations on your upcoming fight. Here is where I get most of my recipes. They have over 4,000 chicken breast recipes: http://www.cooks.com/rec/search?q=boneless+chicken+breast
- I like to cube or slice the chicken and cook it in lemon juice and soy sauce.
- Just cook the chicken breasts in a pan and cut up lemons and put fresh lemon juice on them when you first start cooking them and when you are almost done. You don't need anything else in the frying pan just the chicken breasts and the lemon juice! it is healthy and it tastes soooo gooood!
