How do you make simple, good chicken wings?

I want a recipe that is easy, and good. I especailly want to know what to coat it with. If possible, give 2 recipes-one for normal wings, and one for hot 'n spicy wings. Thanx!

  1. buy a thermometer before frying anything, it helps alot. 1. hot wings: fry wings plain. sauce: hot sauce+butter=hot wing sauce 2. soak wings in buttermilk(optional). sprinkle season salt over wings, coat wings with flour(not self-rising) and fry. 3. soak wings in soy sauce for about 30min-hour. coat with flour or corn-flour. fry
  2. I have grown tired of chicken wings, I prefer legs...more meat. The first thing to do is to marinate your wings in hot sauce overnight. I like to use a mild but flavorful sauce like Valentina or Louisiana Hot Sauce. I drain the excess marinade off of the wings and dredge them in flour then I fry them in a good oil at 350 F. The sauce is easy buy a bottle of Catalina salad dressing and add hot sauce to make it as hot as you like your wings.

Coating is just butter with hot sauce. Honey-Sauced Chicken Wings 1.5 kg (3 lb) chicken wings 5 ml (1 tsp) salt 2 ml ( 1/2 tsp) black pepper 250 ml (1 cup) honey 125 ml ( 1/2 cup) soy sauce 50 ml ( 1/4 cup) chopped onion 50 ml ( 1/4 cup) ketchup 30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 ml ( 1/4 tsp) red pepper flakes Toasted sesame seeds (optional) Preheat broiler. Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing at joint to make two sections. Sprinkle wing parts with salt and pepper. Place wings on broiler pan. Broil 10 to 12 cm (4 to 5 inches) from heat for 20 minutes, turning once, or until chicken is brown. Place chicken into 4.5-to-5 l slow cooker. Sauce: In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, garlic and pepper flakes. Pour over chicken wings. Cover; cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired. Makes about 32 appetizers.

Ingredients: 6 pieces boneless breast of chicken 4 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons butter 1 clove garlic 2 eggs 1 bouillon cube 1 can chicken broth 6 slices of Mozzarella cheese Bread crumbs Directions: 1. Dip boneless, skinless chicken breast in bread crumbs and eggs. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil, butter, garlic and melt bouillon cube. Make sure to put heat on low so oil doesn’t burn. 3. When oil is hot, brown chicken on both sides in oil, increase heat so chicken gets nice and brown on both sides, lower heat and add chicken broth. Simmer until hot. 4. Add Mozzarella cheese to top chicken.
