Is it safe to use a incubator to incubate eggs in a house?

If so where is the best place

1. yes as long as you know what you are doing and have all of the details worked out. put the incubator somewhere consistent. no drafts, chaos, fumes (no kitchen or bathroom areas), etc.
2. We generally incubate eggs in the cellar of our house with no problems.
3. yes it perfectly safe as long as its away from any flammable objects..trust me i have been dealing with chickens ever since i could remember.
