Would you rather give up most meat, or potatoes & pasta? (if you had to choose!)?
If you give up most meat, you can still have eggs, but you can't have: hot dog, roast beef, lobster, prime rib, chicken, tuna, turkey, meatballs, burger meat, ground beef, shrimp, duck, sausage, bacon, salmon, meat loaft, etc. But you can still have tofu, beans, and alternatives, etc. If you give up potatoes and pasta you can't have: spaghetti, pasta carbonara, pasta primavera, hash brown, mashed potatoes, pasta salad; casserole, macaroni and cheese, shepherds pie, fries, baked potatos, chips, etc.. But you can have rice, bread, pizza, etc.

- I'm vegetarian, so, meat. =D
- MEAT... I HATE MEAT!!!!!!!!!
- Meat, without thinking twice.
- I would give up meat. I can't live without potatoes and pasta. Meat is expensive and I really just like chicken anyway.
- first one, meat.
- I would give up potatoes and pasta in a heartbeat but never meat. I like the protein in the meat. I don't like all the calories in the pasta (with the sauces) and all the cheese in the macaroni and who can eat a potato without butter. I'll pass, give me some chicken or beef anytime.
- .meat
- Pasta
- Pasta..I barely eat it..so no big deal.
- ooh im torn, i love love love chicken and fish ( i also like other types of meats) but i also love pasta and potatoes, but i would say potatoes and pasta, because its not really that healthy and lots of carbs, and i love salmon tooo much to give it up plus its really healthy and we need protein from meats (although you can get it from other things, but not as easily) so i would give up P&P
