low point easy chicken casserole?

I was wondering if anyone know of an quick and easy chicken casserole. I am on the weight watcher life style and would like recipe that are low in points? please add in the point thank you

  1. grease a casserole with some margarine, add the chicken , top with 1 fresh sliced tomato , 1 sliced green pepper, a crushed clove of garlic, ,some oregano, salt and pepper, drizzle a bit of oil and cover with a piece of foil, bake @350F for 45 minutes. Serve with salad. Skinless, boneless breast meat is 1 POINTS value per ounce, and dark meat is 1.5; an average serving is 3 ounces.
  2. why dont you look up any of the cambells recipes for chicken casseroles? They usually use the cream soups which you can get the 98% fat free versions for very low points. Add more veggies instead of pastas n rice.
  3. Cut chicken in strips. Cut bell peppers and onion in strips. Cut carrots in thin julienne (matchstick). Put 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a skillet, add chicken and cook until no longer pink in the middle (about 5-7 min); remove and keep warm. Add peppers, onion, and carrots to skillet and cook for about 4-6 min. stirring frequently, until vegetable are tender crisp; add 1 clove minced garlic and saute for 1 more minute. Add chicken back. Mix in about 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce and serve on cooked brown rice.

Steam broccoli until tender (about 2 minutes). Spray a 9- by 13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Drain broccoli and place in the bottom of the baking dish. Boil chicken until done. Cut or shred into bite-sized pieces. Add to broccoli. Combine the yogurt with the soup and curry powder. Pour over the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Top with the bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes. ==================== Chicken Pizza Casserole - 5 points per serving 1-3/4 cups Hunts Family Favorite Soup & Stew Tomato Sauce 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 cup (3/4 oz) grated Kraft fat free Parmesan cheese 1 cup (5 oz) diced cooked chicken breast 1/4 cup (1 oz) sliced ripe black olives 2 cups hot cooked rice 1/3 cup (1-1/2 oz) shredded Kraft reduced fat Mozzarella cheese Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with olive oil flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Add chicken, olives, and rice. Mix well to combine. Evenly spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Continue baking 8-10 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
