substitute for "cream of" soups?
I want to make either cheesy broccoli and chicken soup or a casserole but all the recipes call for "cream of" soups. What can I use instead? Chicken stock and milk? Flour?

- you can also use veggie stock instead of chicken stock in the above recipe for a healthier vegetarian option. It tastes the same, just less greasy.
