What is the name of this movie: 2 guys, 2 girls, get run off road by biker chick then kidnapped by evilsheriff?

One of the kids is named Dean and is blonde and a draft dodger. The sheriff has the boys tied up in the garage, saran wraps one's face and such. I was at a house and I got sucked into the movie but dont know the name to be able to see all of it.

1. This is the only movie that comes to my mind: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I don't know if that's right though. Good luck. :)
2. I think it's one of those Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies. The Beginning pretty sure.
