- Goodness! You can make a lot with that!! 1- pound down the chicken breasts, add sliced ham and roll up. Bake it and then top it with cheeese. 2- make lemon pepper chicken wings 3- take the chicken breasts or wings, celery, onion and carrots and some garlic and make chicken noodle soup. just use the spaghetti noodles. 4- make turkey burgers 5- make turkey meatballs and serve with ramen noodles and green beans on the side.
- You've got plenty of variety for some good meals! Grilled Chicken Sandwiches on Buns -- seson w/ your montreal steak seasoning and garlic Chicken Cordon Bleu, Green Beans cooked w/ a little onion and bacon or water and chicken base for flavoring Fried (or baked) Chicken Tenders w/ milk gravy and instant mashed potatoes, steamed carrots Fry up the ground turkey and make Pepperoni & Turkey Pizza -- can make an alfredo or white sauce for it, or if you have canned tomatoes, puree them and smear some on the homemade dough Stir-Fry w/ Chicken Breast chunks, carrots, onions, celery, and broken up and cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, and a few frozen green beans. Hot Ham sandwiches -- grill on bread or serve hot on a bun w/ melty cheese; serve w/ carrot sticks and ranch dressing to dip Make teriyaki chicken wings... mix soy sauce w/ brown sugar, dash of hot sauce, garlic, and ketchup, brush on half-baked wings, then finish baking... serve w/ ramen noodles and raw carrot/celery sticks

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a Dutch oven and fry breasts until lightly browned, about 5 minutes on each side. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Add remaining tablespoon of oil to the pan and saute the onions for 2 minutes. Stir in the celery and carrots and cook for about one more minute. Season with garlic, bay leaves, thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another minute. Deglaze the pot with white wine, stirring until nothing is stuck to the pan, then pour in the chicken broth. Simmer for 90 minutes. Return the chicken breasts to the pan and simmer for an additional 30 minutes. The mixture should reduce considerably by this time so check frequently to see that the chicken is covered. Spoon baste if necessary. The ragout should have a stew like consistency when finished. Serve with mashed potatoes `````````````````````````````````````````
