ok can I do this with chicken wings?

I want to cover the chicken wings in bar-b-que sauce, then cover it with flour and fry them? Will they turn out right if I do it like this? If not, how can I incorporate the bar-b-que sauce in the fried chicken? Thanks B. Im about to cook them up now.

  1. Fry first then DIP in the sauce. If you try to sauce then flour, the sauce will burn and get goopy and it will not crisp up at all.
