- Best BBQ Chicken Ever "This is actually my dad's creation. Every time I go home for a visit, he makes it for dinner. It doesn't call for many ingredients, and takes no time at all to make." Ingredients 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce 6 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves Cooking spray Preparation Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add ketchup and next 4 ingredients (ketchup through hot sauce); bring to a boil. Partially cover, and cook until reduced to 2/3 cup (about 15 minutes), stirring often. Prepare grill. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 12 minutes or until done, turning and basting with 1/3 cup sauce after 8 minutes; serve with remaining 1/3 cup sauce. Yield 6 servings (serving size: 1 chicken breast half and about 1 tablespoon sauce good luck!!!!!!!!

- I like to marinade boneless thighs 2-6 hours in pineapple juice -- makes em sweet and super tender -- then brush with a mix of 50% pineapple juice/50% bottled bbq sauce before grilling. Serve with rice cooked with chopped onions, peppers and pineapple, spiced with cilantro and some chicken boullion (or replace water with chicken stock) Easy and tasty.

- mmmmm I suggest Beer and butter chicken on the grill. Take a can of beer, half a stick of butter, salt, pepper and maybe a little spice of somekind. Melt it together on the stove. Soak your chicken pieces in it for a couple of hours. Put it on the grill and keep er wet with a brush untill done. Honestly, it don't get no better than this. (you can't taste the alcohol, it is cooked out)
