chicken casserole??
I need a good chicken casserole recipe. I dont like broccoli, chives or cauliflower. Someone wanna share one???

- 2 bags of white rice (i use uncle bens) can of white chicken (i use tyson) can of cream of chicken (store brand) butter (optional, for flavor) cheddar cheese when the rice is done, pour into a big bowl add butter for flavor (optional) stir in the chicken and cream of chicken add cheese! makes 2-4 servings
- Chicken with vegs: 1 chicken or wings, or thigh, 2 green peppres, 1 tomato, 1 big carrot, 1-2 onions, spices- hot pepper, salt, slavory, nutmeg-in taste. Slice chicken and vegs. Put in casserole . Sprinkle with spices and 5-6 spoon oil.Put water to 1/3. You may put 1-2 spoons flour, if you like it (I did). Mix well and roast in oven in 220oC in the beginning, after in 200oC. Ready!
- Here's a good light one...low in carbs, etc. Baked Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms 4 chicken breast halves Salt and pepper to taste 1 6-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced 4 green onions, chopped 1 cup dry white wine Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C). Season chicken breast halves with salt and pepper. Place skin side up in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Drain artichokes, reserving marinade; cut artichokes in half. Top chicken breasts with artichokes, mushrooms and green onions. Pour reserved marinade and white wine over. Bake, uncovered, until chicken is cooked through, about 35 to 45 minutes.
