I need to grill chicken breast and thighs at 225 degrees... How long?

1. depends on the marinade and such I would say at such a low heat about 3-4 hours, definitely rotate it and keep watch....Happy Grilling!
2. If you are talking 225F that is a very low temperature. You will dry them out to chicken-flavored sticks. If it is 225C that is almost a broiling temperature (440F) and they will be in danger of burning rapidly. Try getting a meat thermometer (old style or LCD new style) or press with your knuckle to see if they have firmed-up from the cooking.
