chicken breast fillets in a George Foreman grill how many minutes to cook?

lost the guide that comes with it and have not used it in 6 months and i really feel like a grilled chicken salad much appreciated .

1. I usually cook mine for 9 to 11 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the chicken breast. If all else fails, slice it open and take a peak inside. When the juices run clear, it's done!
2. I wouldn't recommend the George Foreman,I have one and every time I use it, all of my meats are very dry after cooking.(even if I marinade)
