How long do Cold Grilled Chicken Breast fillets last in the ref?
I eat salad the whole day, and I want to put GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST FILLETS as my protein. I grill my chicken fillets every night (George Foreman Grill) chop them into cubes, and store them in the ref. So whenever I want salad, I can just easily throw them in together with my other salad ingredients. I was wondering how long do these grilled chicken breast fillets last? Within how many days should I consume them?

- it really depends on how long they sat out after cooking. The bacteria starts to grow right away. If after cooking you let them cool for a while then refrigerated them right away, they would last 2-3 days. Ideally you should cook every other day though. But for sure after 3 days it should be thrown out. Only cook enough for tomorrow and the next day, then Cook again.

- After 3 days, your going to start noticing a bad flavor, so I would say anytime before that....
