What other main dishes can I make?
Here's a list of things I make every month at some point. I want to try something new because it seems tedious. I love to cook so I make big dinners every night. I feel like I've tried all kinds of things and it's all getting repetitive. I feel like I make the same stuff over and over. Anyway here's typical stuff: chicken (all kinds of ways, even sticky lemon) pork chops sirloin steaks roast fajitas tacos taco salad spaghetti lasagna tilapia turkey legs neckbones (pork) brisket ribs (pork) casseroles (tuna, chicken, etc) crab legs lobster I've made shrimp in every form known and not known to man crab salad salmon gumbo chicken and dumplings stews I think that about covers it. I feel like I've missed somethings. I'm not too sure how to make enchiladas so I haven't tried. John doesn't like tamales (I love them). I don't know how to cook lamb. I think cornish hens are kinda pointless. If you know a good reason to make them instead of just regular chicken, let me know. I'm running out of ideas. Someone please help.

- Last night I made ceasar salad with steak on top, french onion soup, and stuffed shells. It was amazing.
- You could do a beef recipe! (And by the way, I'm just like you... I LOVE to cook!!!) Marinated Roast Beef 4-pound beef tip, heel of round or rolled rump roast 1 1/2 cups beer or apple cider 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 cup cold water 2 tablespoons flour 2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon Prick beef roast thoroughly with a fork. Place beef in a deep glass bowl. Mix beer, oil, salt, garlic powder and pepper; pour on beef. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, at least 12 hours. Place beef fat side up on rack in shallow pan. Reserve 1 cup of marinade. Insert thermometer so tip is in center of thickness part of beef and does not rest in fat. Roast uncovered in 325 oven until thermometer registers 160 degrees, about 3 hours. Remove beef to warm platter. Heat reserved marinade over medium heat until hot. Shake water, flour and instant bouillon in covered container; stir gradually into marinade. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve gravy with beef. This will defiantly provide leftovers, it serves up to 14 people! I got this from my Betty Crocker cookbook. Go on the internet to find one because it is the best cookbook in the world. But, they will probably be very expensive. My mom lost her's and it really hurt her becaue her grandmother gave them to her. But, when we were looking at our new house, there were some boxes and my sister was walking down some stairs and saw a BETTY CROCKER cookbook!!! The owner said we could just have it! It was a hard back and in color which is the most valubal! We have yet to find when it was amde though but it's old! I thought my momm was going to cry! Okay, I'm sorry I'm going on. :) Good luck!
- Jhon is a lucky guy. Try Green chile
