Any good recipes using chicken drumsticks?
I need a good chicken drumsticks recipe other than BBQ chicken. Any ideas? I only have an indoor George Foreman grill and don't know if you can cook drumsticks on that so a baking or boiling recipe is preferable

- Soak them overnight in yogurt to tenderize. It makes a HUGE difference! If you're going Asian, maybe pick an orange yogurt. I guess we can go terriyaki here. Take them out of the yogurt the next morning and put them into the marinade. Bourbon chicken maybe? Whatever flavor you like. I would probably use something like a Mirin/Sesame oil/Terry or Soy mixture with some garlic. Place the drumsticks on a baking pan and on VERY LOW HEAT in the oven. Usually around 250degrees. An hour per pound, but monitor baking. You want to take them out when they are still slightly shy of being cooked through. Turn your broiler on! Put them back into the oven and cook 2-3 minutes each side. This will ensure a great browning and some crispy skin/meat with lots of flavor. This same technique works with bone-in and boneless chicken and it guarantees tender meat every time!
- coat your chicken in seasoned flour, then egg wash and then into some crushed corn flakes with spices. your chicken will be super crunchy and won't take too long to cook in the oven
