Does anyone Know the artist of the Mardi Gras Art in the Popeyes chicken resturants?

ANd do any of you have pictures? they feature women mostly . like one is a woman riding a horse , one is like three womens faces painted as a dec of cards..all the pictures look airbrushed..The one ive seen the art at is in Kettering Maryland..but i dont live in Maryland anymore...
