How do you make a chicken coop?

I really want to know how to make a chicken coop because i want to get some chicks but i don't know how to. I was just wondering if anyone had some easy steps to build one or a REALLY good website. THANX!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i made mine from scatch 2x4s. made it about 8' wide by 20' long 5' high built a base, formed it upwards closed it in like a box. made support beams. made one end enclosed with plywood 6'on each side and made the back solid too with a hatch door to get egg access. the part you close in is were you put the nest,divide up sections to how many chickens you have or get. i have 5 nest for 5 hens and enclosed all the open space with chicken wire. and get a 3gal waterer and a 10 pound feeder. oh, they need a nest area. all you have to do is put a board up 3' off the ground width of the coop so they can nest.
Storey's guide to raising chickens. Go to your library and get the book. It has pictures and simple instructions on how to build a coop. Also you will need housing to keep the chicks warm and dry until they are ready to go out into their new coop.
