Why do virtually all goth chicks in animated tv shows have short black hair?

2. Well, I believe it is because female goths stereotypically have short, choppy, black hair. It is just an other example of media supporting stereotypes. Personally, I think you can be goth no matter what your hair is like. Hope this helps answer your question!
