On this chicken 'n rice recipe can I replace water for the milk?

I forgot to buy milk Thanks Thank you. I've always made it with water... next time we'll try it with milk. You've saved my supper hehe

1. Yes you could use water but it will not be as creamy and be a little thinner.
2. Sure you can, but there IS a problem. The difference between celery soup and cream of celery soup is the milk/cream solids... You will NOT get an equivalent result.
3. It will be wishy washy without the milk.I wouldn't try it,but that's just me.
