Whats the easiest way to make a Leopard Gecko Egg incubator that wont cost much?

Whats the easiest way to make a Leopard Gecko Egg incubator that wont cost much? And will most likely hatch the eggs? My female is pregnant and eggs will be here soon. I'm not home much so I wont be able to tend to them much either. And if it involves Perlite where do I buy this?

1. You can buy perlite at Home Depot or any Nursery. (But i recommend Vermiculite) Incubator's can easily be constructed out of a small Styrofoam box with a temperature guage.
