HELP! I'm looking for a music video I saw on both MTV and VH1 early this morning...?

The artist is a white either pop or hip-hop/rap artist. I would put the song in the same genre as David Guetta's - Sexy "Chick", or Jay Sean. Upbeat and pop-y in that sense, but he raps the verses. I'm also pretty sure I caught that the artist is from Britain. That should narrow it down a bit. I'm dying not being able to remember the artist or song name! THANK YOU!!!!
