Why are my roosters losing their feathers?

My roosters have recently began losing their feathers on their upper back. The bald spots are quite large. It first started with my hens and I thought it was from the rooster mounting them. But now my rooster is losing bald in the same place and I can't figure out what could be causing it.

1. sounds like lice, which is easy to treat, simply buy some cheap lice spray ,use it on the chooks, then blast their cage with a hose and pour boiling water over it
2. they are riping off each others feathers
