What should I say to ask this girl out?

I take my brother almost every day to a disability program and I talk to this hot girl who runs the program. She is a hot college chick who is 2 years older than me and she seems like a really nice person. I don't know her well and it sucks that I'll be headed to college at the Navy in 1 week. I'm not looking for a relationship with her but just a friendship. What should I say to ask her out?

5. Why don't you just ask her if she wants to go out for lunch some day. Dinner is so date-like. But lunch makes it seem more casual. You could suggest a place or tell her that she can pick the place if she wants to.
