- Try Amazon.com, they usually have much lower prices than other stores, and they are trustable for quick shipping, and credit card safety. Also if you decide you don't like the item, you can ALWAYS return it in 30 days, because amazon is great with it's returns. They even let you print out free shipping if you need to return something broken.

- If you are only breeding as a hobby or interest, or not doing it for money, you can easily build a simple but very effective incubator yourself. I know many people who make their own. Firstly, you get a largish polystyrene box, say from a fishmongers, with reasonably thick walls for insulation. Make sure you clean it thoroughly though, and take care that any chemicals are flushed away afterwards, and that they do not damage the polystyrene. Then you can get a heat mat and wrap it around the inside of the box, so that it is on all four walls. This should be controlled by a pulse proportional thermostat, with the probe set where the eggs will be. You will need to drill air holes in the box to allow ventilation and prevent the build up of any mould spores, but still remain humidity. The eggs can be placed in a plastic container that contains vermiculite and an equal weight of water. Check this though, I could be wrong. Make sure the water is boiling at first to sterilize the vermiculite (obviously before eggs are introduced.) Make sure you have a couple of good digital max/ min thermometers in there, as well as a similar hydrometer. You can get exo-terra thermometers/ hydrometers from all good reptile shops, and they cost a little over £10 each for the thermometers, and slightly more for the hydrometer. You will need to get your incubator running at least a few days before you expect eggs, to make sure that it is running properly and can take eggs at any time. Look on reptile forums for more advise, or your local club or good reptile shop. Good luck, hope it helps. Please note: I have never bred my corn snake, so I am going on what others have told me, so please do lots of research before doing anything, as some of my information may be incorrect.
