Good side dishes to go with Buffalo Chicken Casserole?

My boyfriend LOVES hot chicken wings so i thought that i'd make him the buffalo chicken casserole to switch it up a bit. What sides can i have with it? The recipe has rice in the casserole so i want some light sides to pair with it.
