What is a good chicken salad recipe without celery?

I am looking for a good, preferably easy chicken salad recipe that doesn't have celery in it. Thanks.

  1. chicken , light mayo, dried cranberries or raisens and walnuts or almonds. its something about all the contrasting flavors and textures. crunchy, sweet, salty, etc. I like to put tarragon in mine too. My mom use to put halfed grapes.. I don't like that so much :X also, I like a really fresh yummy cheesy or herbed bread. I put a blanket of lettuce and a thin tomato :D
  2. Just don't add the celery it Doesn't need to be there. If you are looking for the extyra crunch celery gives, add a chopped granny smith apple.

  4. I use diced leftover rotisserie chicken, quartered grapes, thyme, mayo, just a little mustard, and salt & pepper. The grapes give a really nice sweet crunch that is delish =) The measurements depend on how much chicken I have.
