How to do stop motion like robot chicken?

How would u do stuff like in robot chicken like the eyes expressions and mouth movements plz tell me how they or u can do that and are there any program downloads to do it? help!

1. for the most part I've noticed that they use clay for expressions and mouth movements. the whole principal behind stop motion is, place a figure, take a picture, move figure, take picture and so on. Just a heads up its very time consuming and can get very boring. to see how its done on a professional level watch the special features on the nightmare before Christmas's DVD.
2. RC's mouths and eye changes are usually added in post-production, after the photography is done and the voices are recorded. There's a small set of standardized mouth shapes that they re-use on every model. All you need is some sort of vector-drawing program like Macromedia Freehand, or if you have a Mac then Appleworks will do just fine.
