What should I season my chicken wings with?
I intend to make bbq chicken wings. Im about to fry them now but dont know (i forgot) what to season them with. I think I used to use garlic powder, salt and pepper. Any other good ones you can think of would be much appreciated.

- garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, pepper, and mustard powder
- A little garlic and cajun pepper. Then once they're cooked spray some lemon juice on and dip it in vegetable dipping sauce.
- If you are going to fry them, make sure the wings are dry and DO NOT season them. The seasonings will make the oil splatter. Season them ONLY after they have been removed from the fryer. Your choice of seasonings is good and then brush them with the BBQ sauce.
- A dry rub of Garlic,Cinnamon,Red chile flakes, and onions with a bit of salt/ then a wet rub of tomato paste with some cumin in it!
- I use flour and season salt
- Maybe try garlic powder, soy sauce, ginger, chili sauce. Here is a recipe you might also enjoy. Prep Time: 15 Minutes Cook Time: 50 Minutes Ready In: 1 Hour 5 Minutes Yields: 5 servings INGREDIENTS: 3 pounds chicken wings, split and tips discarded 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup molasses 2 tablespoons chile sauce 1 teaspoon ground ginger 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped DIRECTIONS Place chicken in a shallow, medium dish. In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, molasses, chile sauce, ground ginger and garlic. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate approximately 1 hour, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F . In a large baking dish, arrange chicken in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven approximately 50 minutes, brushing with remaining soy sauce mixture often and turning once, until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear. Hope you love it. ;-) ENJOY!!
