Is there a way to hatch a peacock's egg without using an incubator?

see, there's this school project of my bro and wants to know if there is way to hatch a peacock's egg without using an incubator or the bird itself., what temp. is to be followed? and will the egg die if the temp. goes down at the normal heat needed?

1. 104 degrees,heating pad that does not shut down in 2 hours,turn about every 2 hours,mist every 5 hours,yes if you do not take care of the egg! the misting keeps the shell to a consistency for chick to break,if the temp drops and you do not fix it in about 6 hours you are going to get a grad of F on the project
2. NO. & of course the embryo will die if chilled.....like every other bird.
