  1. Hmmm sounds like homework that you need to do on your own.
  2. just separate the ingredients from the method. i.e list all the ingredients 6oz wild rice 3 cans low sodium chicken broth 3 cups sliced mushrooms etc etc Then list how to put it together, i.e Rince rice in 3 changes hot water, drain and set aside. Bring cans of soup to the boil in medium saucepan. stir in mushrooms with slotted spoon, add rice, stir well etc etc
  3. Place the title of the dish first. Next line would be the list of ingredients. List by quantity in descending order. Each ingredient on one line. Special instructions for a particular item should be listed. For example 2 Tb butter, melted Next would be pan preparation and oven temperature. Following lines would be instructions for the ingredients. Next would be baking time. Last would be the nutritional information if you include it. I think you can do the rest. By the way either way of writing out a recipe is acceptable. The reason listing the ingredients first is handy is so you can find the item you need easier. That said the cause of a lot of cooking failures is the failure to fully read the instructions before diving headlong into a recipe. Writing out the recipe in a narrative form makes a person fully read the recipe before proceeding
