- Honey and Soy makes a good one.
- Chili-lime marinade 4T butter, melted; 1/4 c lime juice;1T chili powder;1 clove garlic, chopped;1t sugar; salt & pepper to taste. Marinate in half the mixture at least an hour, then baste with the reseved marinade whenever you turn them. I do recommend precooking them a bit, just to be sure they are done. Bake 30 minutes or boil fifteen. This is a nice blend of flavors!
- Cajun Wings 1/4 cup cooking oil (I use Canola) 1 tbls Masterfood Cajun seasoning mix mix well & pour over wings making sure all are coated.Leave for a few hours to marinate then grill (or bake for around 45 minutes in a medium to hot oven) Honey soy wings 1/4 cup cooking oil 1 tspn crushed ginger tspn crushed garlic juice 1 lemon tblsn finely chopped onion 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsns honey mix and pour over wings making sure all are coated.Leave for several hours before cooking.
