Help me dieticians..if I eat one more grilled chicken salad I'll puke?
I've been going real stron eating 5-6 high protein low fat meals a day and cardio and weight lifting for about 2 weeks. I'm seeing really good results just in the 2 weeks. I am a male 5'10 and weigh 203 lbs. down from 212 lbs. I have been mainly eating grilled chicken salads and grilled chicken with steamed veggies in each meal. I do 30 minutes intense cardio and then about 2 hrs of weights 3 days on and 1 day off working out different muscle groups. Well it was all peaches and cream eating these meals to start, but now i'm having to force myself to eat them. I splurged today at the end (its my day off) and bought a 12 piece boneless chicken wings in spicy BBQ from Buffalo Wild Wings with ranch dip which I split into 2 different servings.Afterwards I went to Walmart to try and look for some items with low fat high protein and almost all had a lot of calories from fat in them. I detest almost all seafood aside from tuna fish and I dont know any other ways to cook the grilled chicken where I keep the fat calories low and make more of a variety. I'm trying to live a more healthy lifestyle to look and feel good, but I know I can't eat grilled chicken stir fry and salads 6 times a day for the rest of my life. Any thoughtful answers and feedback would be very much appreciated ; >

- I think your weight is fine. Your diet can vary from just grilled chicken. Try turkey, fish (salmon), fruits and veggies. Just don't starve yourself. Then you will eat twice as much and blow up back to where you just came from. Maintaining is the key. Dieting is tricky business. I'm no expert, but I have maintained the same weight range for years, and I despise diets. It's just how much I eat, what I eat, and when I eat. I don't starve myself at all. I think it boils down to portion control, put the fork down and chew, don't eat on the go....and like I said, the times of the day you eat. Also, don't become obsessed with your weight. Just maintain a healthy lifestyle and you'll be fine. There is no specific way we are supposed to look. Only Americans think that crap (I am an American, but i think like a Japanese)!! I am a female and our weight fluctuates rapidly, we get bloated, have image issues, peer pressure, the media, etc.... Fcuk all that. I am not going to live my life based around what others think of me. I love me and that is all that matters. I am a smart, pretty, intelligent, mature, 31year old female who is happy and (no I am not fat, Lol). It doesn't matter my weight, but I am 125 and 5'3. I look and feel great. People think I am very skinny. It's just that when they find out I am 31 and not 16 they are like "wow you are tiny for your age. WTF does that mean??? I just have a small frame. My bmi is right on target too. So, my point is what makes you feel good is key. How your lifestyle is is key. What you eat has something to do with it, but ultimately it's all in the mind. This was meant to be more encouraging than actual dieting tips. I meant to do that.....***smile*** Good luck.......
