What temperature and humidity should it be in my chicken incubator?

Please help me with this. It is for a school project. And if you can please leave a link to a reputable source that would be awesome.

1. Chicken eggs need the correct temperature at 99.5 F, humidity at 86-88% and the last three days increased to 90-94% humidity. They require tuning every day [at least twice] and stop turning on day 19. If any of these variables is not correct the hatch will be compromised.
