Can I create my own titles, for animated series like Family Guy, Robot Chicken, and The Boondocks.?

I notice that titles have been created for episodes of Family Guy, The Boondocks and Robot Chicken. However, I'm wondering if the producers of these two series will allow, for writers who are not a part of their current writing staff, to come up with their own titles for episodes, and write the scripts for them. I want to write some episodes for the upcoming third season of Robot Chicken, and I want to write some episodes of next season of Family Guy and The Boondocks, but I'm not sure if the producers will accept that? Does anyone know?

1. The best thing to do is write a script and send it in, a lot of shows will accept fan written scripts and turn them into episodes. A lot of the Star Trek episodes were written by fans who sent in their scripts. See if you can find an address for the production company and send in what you write. Someone will read it and if they like it, they'll get back to you and work something out. Good luck with that!
