Chook Me!

Im looking for a Crockpot Chicken Recipe?

I have a Rival 3735-WN 3.5 Quart Oval Slow Cooker and I'm trying to make some chicken for a party coming up next week. I liked a certain chicken recipe in the recipe book that comes with the crockpot, but I lost the recipe booklet and we havent written the recipe down anywhere else. If anyone else has this recipe, it has ketchup, hoison sauce, soy sauce, and then sesame seeds and scallions as a garnish, you have to cook it for either three or six hours (if I remember correctly) depending on if it's set to low or high, could you send it to me or write it here? If you could include the ingredients, instructions on how to mix/make it and for how long it cook I would be forever indebted to you! Thank you!
