  1. Hi, I like it with Dijon Mustard and Garlic
  2. Add about 1/2 can of your favorite beer ( the darker the beer, the better the flavors for this dish), some dry seasonings & 1 stick of butter to the chicken in the crockpot. Yum!
  3. crockpot chicken alfredo- Ingredients: •2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed •2 onions, chopped •4 cloves garlic, minced •1 red bell pepper, chopped •16-oz. jar four cheese Alfredo sauce •4 cups frozen broccoli florets •9-oz. pkg. refrigerated fettuccine •1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Preparation: In 4 quart crockpot, place chicken, onions, garlic, and red bell pepper. Pour Alfredo sauce over. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Thaw and drain broccoli and add to crockpot along with fettuccine. Stir, cover crockpot, and cook on high for 30-40 minutes, until broccoli is hot and fettuccine is tender. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. 6 servings ------------------------------------------ sweet&spicy crockpot chicken- Ingredients: •2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, sliced •3 cloves garlic, minced •1 onion, chopped •1 cup purchased sweet and sour sauce •3/4 cup purchased barbecue sauce •1-2 Tbsp. cornstarch, if needed •2 Tbsp. water, if needed Preparation: Combine all ingredients in 4-5 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked. If you'd like a thicker sauce, mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl and add to the liquid; cover and cook 10-15 minutes until thickened. Serve over hot cooked rice or couscous. Note: Remember, if you have a newer crockpot that cooks hotter, check the chicken at 6 or 7 hours. If your food burns, it was cooked too long. You must know if your crockpot cooks hotter. --------------------------------------------------------- crockpot lemon chicken- Ingredients: •1/3 cup flour •1 tsp. salt •1/8 tsp. pepper •6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1" pieces •2 Tbsp. olive oil •1 onion, chopped •1 bag baby carrots •1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar •1/3 cup ketchup •1/2 cup water •3 Tbsp. brown sugar •3 Tbsp. lemon juice •6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed •2 Tbsp. cornstarch •3 Tbsp. water Preparation: Mix flour with salt and pepper in shallow dish. Coat chicken pieces in this mixture. Shake off excess and brown in olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Remove chicken and place on top of onion and carrots in a 3-4 quart crockpot. Mix the vinegar, ketchup, water, brown sugar, lemon juice, and lemonade concentrate in small bowl and pour into the skillet. Cook and stir, scraping to remove browned bits, until mixture comes to a boil. Pour sauce over chicken in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours. When ready to serve, combine cornstarch and water in small bowl, mix well and stir into the sauce. Cook on HIGH for 20-30 minutes until thickened. Serve with hot rice. 4 servings ------------------------------------------------ crockpot chicken cacciatore- Ingredients: •3 lbs. bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed •14 oz. can diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning •6 oz. can tomato paste •1 cup chicken broth •1 onion, sliced •4 cloves garlic, minced •1 green bell pepper, chopped •1 cup sliced mushrooms •1/2 cup dry red wine •1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning •1/8 tsp. pepper •1/2 tsp. salt •2 Tbsp. cornstarch •3 Tbsp. water Preparation: Place all ingredients except cornstarch and water in 4-5 quart slow cooker.
