- boy, i'm glad i don't live at your house.. i'd be overweight, anemic and suffering health issues.
- Why not make a pasta with the spaghetti noodles? You could make the sauce from shredded chicken, any or all of the vegetables, and the soup to make it creamy.

- I have the BEST recipe for a post-Thanksgiving casserole, my husband & stepdaughter ask for it all the time: -Make a box of stuffing & set aside -Mix 4 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken with 1 bag thawed frozen broccoli (you can use fresh) and place in bottom of 13x9" baking dish Combine 1 can cream of chicken soup, 3/4 cup milk, and 1 & 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, then pour this over the turkey & broccoli -Top dish with prepared stuffing -Bake 30 minutes at 350 You could probably substitute some of these ingredients, but if you stick to the recipe it is AMAZING.
- Put away the noodles and make a pot pie.
- eww!! casserole es nasty
- Why would anythng blow up in your face? I cooked up some hamburger, added some carrots, onions, corn, cabbage and mixed frozen veggies, with some baby tomatoes. Simmered that for a while; seasoned with italian seasoning, and chili powder. Then I put it in the crecent roll "whole sheet" with some slcied cheese. I will bake this up tonight for dinner. I don;t keep cream of mushroom soup at my house. Yucky and full of sodium. also do frozen veggies they are cheaper, healthier, and have better texture. Pull some meat from the bird, toss or layer in a pan with the corn and green beans (drained), sliced potatoes (cook them a little in the microwavew for faster cooking in the casserole), You could then top with yucky canned soup with a little milk and top with the cresent rolls. Or mix up about 3-4 eggs (to start with) and soem milk. Pour over the top of everythinng and bake until set. This is like a big omlet. Serve with the cresent rolls. Or use cooked pasta instead of the potatoes and do either ot the above ideas. Or mix the hen meat witht eh canned soup, and veggies. Make stuffed cresent sandwiches. Or heat up the soup according to directions. Add some of the veggies, and meat. Spified up canned soup.
- far too many ingredients to make sense of. send out!
- Ok here is one of my favorite casserole dishes and if i had some bisquick I would make some tonight as it is I am making spaghetti since I have everything for it. Give it a try you will love it. One Skillet Spaghetti Mac 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, if desired 1/4 cup water 1 egg 1 pound lean (at least 80%) ground beef 2 cups spaghetti sauce 3/4 cup water 1 cup uncooked small elbow macaroni Total Time: 1 Hr Heat oven to 375°F. In small bowl, stir together Bisquick® mix, cheese, garlic powder, 1/4 cup water and the egg; set aside. In ovenproof 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 3/4 cup water and the macaroni. Heat to boiling, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Spoon Bisquick® mixture around edge of skillet, leaving center open. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese if desired
- Here is a favorite recipe of mine that can be altered to suit your needs, tastes, and available ingredients. Corn Noodle Casserole 1 (12 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles 1 pound ground turkey 1 (15 ounce) can canned or frozen corn 2 (11 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup salt and pepper to taste 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a medium casserole dish. 2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles, cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until al dente, and drain. 3. Place turkey in a skillet over medium heat, and cook until evenly brown. Drain grease. 4. In a bowl, gently mix cooked noodles and turkey, corn, and soup. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to the prepared baking dish. 5. Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until bubbly. You can use chopped cooked chicken in place of the ground turkey. I have done that before and it turned out great. You could use the spaghetti noodles instead of the egg noodles, but I would recommend that you break the spaghetti in half before cooking. Also keep in mind that the spaghetti noodles will expand more in volume during cooking than egg noodles, so you should use less than 12 oz. of spaghetti. 8 oz. should be good. If you don't have cream of mushroom soup, I'd suggest you make a white sauce with butter (margarine), flour and milk.
- My mom use to make a casserole with tuna-fish,peas,rice with some mushroom soup over it, it was good stuff!
- Get a casserole dish pull the breast off the hen and save the carcass and the dark meat to make chicken stock later put the cream of potato soup in the pan, add a can of milk and a can of water, mix together well add a little thyme, salt and pepper (however you want to spice it) chop up the chicken breast into cubes and add to the mixture along with the can of peas and the can of green beans (both drained) if it seems too thick at this point add more milk until it's just right Take the crescent dough, cut into individual triangles and set it on top of the mixture Bake at 325 until the crescents are brown and the casserole is nice and thick and bubbly (about 45 minutes to an hour. Voila!, homemade chicken and biscuit casserole
