How do I cook frozen chicken wings?
I have a bag of Schneider's plain quick frozen chicken wings and it has no cooking instructions. Anyone know how to cook them? I'm trying to make honey garlic wings and I don't know if I need to defrost them first and then cook them in the sauce.. or if I just cook them the way they are?

- Depends on how you want to cook them. If you have a fryer, you can fry them frozen.... We don't have a fryer and I've always broiled our wings in the oven, but they were thawed. and I just made hot wings so I added the sauce after they were cooked. For honey garlic wings I would probably add the sauce first. (you can defrost your wings in the microwave.) Here's a recipe.
- Use fire
- You don't have to let them thaw. You can bake them or fry them, although baking is probable best to make the honey garlic flavor taste even better! Just throw them in the oven and cover them in honey garlic!
- Don't! Go Vegan! :)
- Simple, you cannot! They must be completely defrosted before being cooked, or sauteed. 1. Let them defrost. 2. Add ingredients. (from recipe) 3. Slice (small incision on) the chicken for easier cooking. 4. Place in oven at broil 350 degrees. (for an hour or so)
- you don't have to defrost them first. just stick them in the oven and bake at 350 until they're sizzling. If they're still pink on the inside give them more time. (You're probably going to want to flip them at some point too.) http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080428142932AAhaSPw http://wiki.answers.com/Q/At_what_temperature_and_for_how_long_do_you_put_frozen_chicken_wings_in_the_oven
- Just throw them in the oven and cook until they are golden brown. When they are done, toss them in a bowl of your honey garlic sauce. I would heat up the sauce first so the chicken stays nice and hot.
