Chook Me!

SOS?! Please give me a easy quick way to cook 90 chicken wings w/BBQ sauce?

What's the best temperature for wings & drummies with BBQ sauce? How long should it go in for? Any other hints? I am making them up for tomorrow our Halloween wedding/party! Thanks for any and all suggestions - RE-HEATING Question as well: Best way to reheat them so that they don't come out dry when I heat them up Saturday evening...

  1. I like this site for decent recipes: http://allrecipes.com/Search/Recipes.aspx?WithTerm=bbq%20wings&SortBy=Rating&Direction=Descending And if I forgot to say so, congratulations gorgeous!
  2. Ahh, Jingles, I wish I could, but I only make hot wings - the old fashioned and unhealthy way (fried, then doused with hot sauce). And YES!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! YAY!! ***does the cheetah cub dance around Mr & Mrs Jingles***
  3. cook only half at a time, on a cookie sheet with sides, at 400F for about 20 mins or until they test done. re-heating always dries them out
  4. If you have a deep fryer (even a small one is fine-do them in batches) you can heat the oil to 360 degrees and cook them for 8 minutes. Then you can dry them, refrigerate them overnight, and simply throw them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 3-4 minutes to crisp them back up. After they're out, get a large bowl (think the bowls you serve candy in for trick-or treaters) dump the wings and sauce in, cover with saran wrap or a lid if you have one, and shake them around. It's probably the best way to keep them fairly wet, and cooking them ahead of time should make for much less clean-up for you right before the party. Hope this helps! Have fun!
  5. On a oiled baking pan wings about 15 minutes and drummies for 25 at about 350 degrees. Put some sauce on them to reheat them
