1. It depends if you cut up the meat or not, because cut up meat takes less time. Whole meat takes it longer to cook. But usually, if it doesn't have any pink or blood in it, cook it for about 10 minutes more, then they should be ready!
2. It varies quite a lot - make sure that there is no pink left on the chicken and when you pierce it with a knife, the juice that comes out if clear and NOT pink. With me, it normally takes 10-20 minutes, but like I said, it varies a lot.
