How to Perfectly Dejoint Chicken Wings?
I am going to be cooking with chicken wings and I was wondering if anybody has a perfect or foolproof way to dejoint the wings. i have had some trouble doing this in the past...

- just cut them at the Joint and leave the Joint
- Fold it in half (kind of) Cut it in the middle. Bend in half and cut the other half of it.
- For that I have some very sharp kitchen shears (given to me as a gift). Your shears must be SHARP and don't put them in the dishwasher !! Wash by hand. Running them thru a dishwasher will dull them fast. Find the joint and apply the cut with the shears; you will need to carefully use a little force, but it won't hurt unless you have arthritis. I'd rather use shears than a knife.
- Chicken wings are always served in two pieces. To create two pieces, look for the joint and slide your knife into the groove. Move the knife carefully into the joint and apply pressure to cut into two pieces.
