Why do they chop off the heads of poultry and fish, etc. before they serve it in restaurants?
and package them for sales in stores?

- You really want to see the head of something you are about to eat? You're weird. The reason they do that is because it is more impersonal. Besides there is nothing in the head except eys and brains. Nobody wants to eat that. Why would anyone want to look into the eyes of animals who are being killed? Its nuts.
- Most people aren't going to eat the heads of poultry and fish. And a lot of people are grossed out by seeing a dead animals head still on it's body. It's most likely to make the meat more marketable.
