Fried chicken recipe.. Is this true? More recipes?

Okay so there was this time that this woman made the most amazing fried chicken i have ever tasted. She said she just cooked it in a pan and used flour. Is that true or a possible way to make it? What are some other really good friend chicken recipes?? I have recently tried to cook different type of things.

1. yup. You put flour on chicken then put it in a pan with hot oil . It's simple :)
2. Flour with a little pepper and maybe some paprika. You'll want buttermilk to dip the chicken in and shake in a bag with the flour. Now for the best southern fried flavor use lard to fry the chicken in.
