how can i raise turkey poultry from hatchling to the eith week.?

My husband and daughter tried to raise baby turkeys but the did not eat for 6 days and died on day 7 and 9. They were fed wet food by finger on day 6. Is there a turkey poultry support group on-line? The eggs were hatched in our incubator, Babies were kept in a warm box in our house in a non-drafty location. Please no jokes... Just advice.
