How long should I cook BBQ Chicken in foil packs?

I want to make chicken breasts w/ bbq sauce in the oven... How long and at what temperature should I cook them?

1. cook them for 45 mins to a hour in a 375 degree oven. That should leave them tender and juicy without drying them out.
2. Marinate the chicken in the bbq sauce for at least 5 hours. Place the chicken, in the packets, in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Add a quartered onion for added flavor. Take out, let cool, and enjoy!
